This section was created for anyone who is having problems with our website.
We hope that the design makes it easy for anyone to navigate. However, in the event that you should run across any problems, this section may help to solve them.
The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q) for the website.
Please read through these if you are having any problems:
Question: When I visit the website or change to another page, sometimes I get a clear box with a cross in it. What does this mean?
An image has not been downloaded to your computer from the internet. This happens on lots of websites especially when the internet is busy. To combat this problem you can try hitting the refresh button, if that fails you can right click on the clear image and left click "Show Image".
Question: When I click a certain page on the site I get a page not found error. What do I do?
This can happen for several reasons. The first is that the internet is busy and the page you clicked on could not be downloaded due to heavy traffic.
The second is that the page is not actually there, or the link is wrong.
Question: How do I get to different pages on the website?
This site was designed with ease of use in mind. Simply use the 'navigation' buttons at the top.
Question: The 'Updates' page tells me that a certain page has changed. But when I go there, nothing has changed?
Your browser is reading information from the 'Cache' and not the actual web site. You can press the 'Refresh' button to force a re-load, and, check your browser settings.
Question: Any tips for moving quickly around the various pages?
Yes.. you can use the cursor UP,DOWN arrow keys to move small amounts, and the
Page UP, Page DOWN keys to move larger amounts.
Use the 'Home' key to go to the START of the page, and the 'End' key to go to the BOTTOM of the page.
